Created in 2018, Golden Gate is an early exploration of colour, movement, and cityscape.
The iconic Golden Gate Bridge stands proudly before the San Francisco skyline, while vibrant bursts of colour evoke the energy, optimism, and cultural richness of the city.
The reflections across the bay and expressive mark-making create a sense of rhythm and life, celebrating one of the world's most recognisable landmarks.
As one of my earlier works, Golden Gate marks an important stage in the development of my artistic style and fascination with iconic urban landscapes.
